The platform holds no liability for disputes arising from material quality, delivery delays, or offline agreements between users.
A non-refundable 15% platform fee is levied on the final delivered price of each Sozni. Payment of this fee is mandatory for platform usage.
Platform fees must be paid via the provided QR code, and confirmation screenshots sent via WhatsApp. Admin verification is required.
Kashmiina reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent activity, harassment, or fee evasion without prior notice.
